Paleo “Milk” Shake

Ingredients:

2 cups canned coconut milk
1 banana
frozen organic berries
shredded coconut and pomegranate arils for crunch

Procedure:

Blend 1st three ingredients. Top with shredded coconut and pomegranate arils for crunch.

Paleo Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

Ingredients:
1 can coconut milk (some cans are thicker than others. Thinner is better in this case)
1 Cup Pumpkin puree
1/3 Cup 100% Maple Syrup
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon clove

Play with these measurements to your liking. More syrup for sweeter.

I love cinnamon so I added extra!

Procedure:

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan over low heat.

Whisk until smooth and the mixture begins to steam.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Serve in your favorite mug. Enjoy!

Sangria

Sangria

1 Bottle of red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Rioja, Zinfandel, Shiraz)
1 Lemon cut into slices
1 Orange cut into slices
1 Lime cut into slices
2 ½ Tbsp sugar
Splash of orange juice or lemonade
2 Shots of gin
1 Cup of frozen raspberries or strawberries
1 Small can of diced pineapples (with juice)
4 Cups ginger ale

Procedure:

Pour wine into a large pitcher and squeeze the slices from the lemon, orange and lime into the wine (gently not to tear the circle). Toss in the fruit slices (leaving out seeds if possible) and pineapple then add sugar, orange juice and gin. Chill overnight. Add ginger ale, berries and ice just before serving.
