Paleo Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

Ingredients:
1 can coconut milk (some cans are thicker than others. Thinner is better in this case)
1 Cup Pumpkin puree
1/3 Cup 100% Maple Syrup
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon clove

Play with these measurements to your liking. More syrup for sweeter.

I love cinnamon so I added extra!

Procedure:

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan over low heat.

Whisk until smooth and the mixture begins to steam.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Serve in your favorite mug. Enjoy!

    I’m making this right now, but I had less than 1/3 cup pure maple syrup! I’m adding agave (its usually sweeter, so I’m using less). I hope it turns out! I will let you know! SO EXCITED!! ❤ pumpkin spice!
